Through this notice, both the general public and subscribers to this tool are informed of the following:

 

In accordance with the provisions of Article 87 of the Industrial Property Law (or any successor provision), the trademark "MAKER STEAM" and the accompanying graphic designs, as well as all other distinctive signs reproduced on this platform, are registered trademarks with the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property and are exclusively exploited under the authorization of their owners. This also includes the user interface graphics enabling the operation of the platform and interaction with it and its contents.

 

Pursuant to Article 5 of the Federal Copyright Law (or any successor provision), the works (regardless of their nature or condition) contained and made available to the general public and/or subscribers to this platform are also protected under the broadest terms of the Federal Copyright Law. This includes the computer programs that support the operation and functioning of the platform and its contents.

 

In light of the above two preceding paragraphs, it is hereby informed to the general public and subscribers to this platform that ANY form of use and/or exploitation and/or reproduction and/or transformation and/or uploading and/or downloading and/or modification and/or alteration, and/or any unauthorized use whatsoever of the works and/or distinctive signs contained within this platform, regardless of the manner in which such conduct is carried out, is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

 

Similarly, it is made known to the general public and platform subscribers that access to the works and/or distinctive signs obtained as a result of using the platform and/or the materials contained therein, regardless of how or why access was obtained, does not constitute the granting of a license or authorization in favor of the public, the user, or the subscriber to appropriate and/or in any other way engage in any of the conduct referred to in paragraph 3 of this notice.

 

We reserve the right to initiate civil, criminal, and/or administrative actions as provided for in the Federal Copyright Law and/or the Industrial Property Law (or any other regulatory body that may replace them in the future) for the infringement of the terms and conditions set forth in this notice.

 

This notice is made in accordance with and for the purposes referred to in Article 216 Bis of the Federal Copyright Law and the various Article 221 Bis and Article 229 of the Industrial Property Law, or in terms of any legal provisions that may replace them in the future.
